Whenever I’m on the treadmill or elliptical or lifting weights my inner trainer suggests ways to push myself and I sometimes I think “I cant do that” …. whenever I think that I make myself do it to prove to myself that I can and to teach myself to stop saying “I can’t”!!

If you get the chance to watch a documentary called Miss Representation, DO IT. I got the opportunity to watch it the other day and wow it is an eye opener. Awesome, awesome film!
